Puszcza Białowieska is a unique ecosystem straddling the borders of Poland and Belarus. This exhibition aims to showcase the Białowieża Forest as a special place, retaining its unique characteristics while belonging to several countries. Explore this eco-region, known as the "Sarmatian Mixed Forest," and the primal, relic forest that once covered most of Europe. Discover unique flora and fauna that have thrived here for centuries.

The exhibition narrates the history of cultures intertwined with the ecosystem of Puszcza Białowieska. Despite shifting borders over the centuries, the traditions inherent to this region persist.
