Welcome to the residency and cultural exchange project PerspAKTIV!
PerspAKTIV aims to give repressed Belarusian artists and cultural workers a safe space to express themselves artistically offering residencies in Germany and Poland.
The project has been initiated by the Belarusian Community RAZAM (Germany) and Ambasada Kultury (Belarus/ Lithuania). From 2022-2023 it was implemented jointly with Fundacja Sztuki Współczesnej IN SITU in Poland, from 2023-2025 Galeria Miejska Arsenał acts as Polish project partner.The project is realised with financial support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
