International Cultural Exchange Project PerspAKTIV is pleased to announce an open tender for the production of two educational videos, each lasting 10-15 minutes. The videos will focus on the following themes: "Programs, opportunities, significance of informal education in the field of culture and art in Poland and Germany", "The system of higher professional education in the field of culture and art in Poland and Germany".
Scope of Services:
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:
︎Developing the video's structure, creating storyboards, and reviewing the script with guest speakers;
︎Organizing and shooting two videos featuring guest speakers;
︎Editing and color correction of the videos, audio editing, addition of graphic elements and text overlays;
︎Subtitling in Belarusian language;
︎Two rounds of approval of rough editing with the customer;
︎Delivering finalized videos to the customer in 1080p Full HD quality, with a 16:9 aspect ratio, suitable for uploading to the project's website via the YouTube platform
The shooting will span two to three days in Berlin. If necessary, shooting can be relocated to another city, with transportation and accommodation costs to be borne by the customer. The production crew is responsible for providing all necessary shooting equipment.
The customer will not provide any additional equipment. Please indicate in your proposal the available equipment for shooting single-person interviews (most likely indoors).
Proficiency in German or English is essential, and knowledge of the Belarusian language is a plus. All these factors should be considered in your quotation.
An additional advantage in the selection process will be a willingness to co-produce a documentary and archival video of residency events from November 2023 to May 2025 in collaboration with the PerspAKTIV project on a voluntary basis. Further details will be discussed individually for interested parties.
